Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte’

I know I know… Starbucks is “soooo good”, but have you ever looked at how BAD it is for you?  This is a great alternative to their Pumpkin Spice Latte’ that won’t leave you dragging from all that unneeded sugar and “fake” flavoring after the caffeine wears off… and your waistline will thank you, too, because it’s much healthier and has less calories!!! 👌🏼

I mix this with my imitation Nutribullet(the real one broke!☹️️) and drink it right out of that container for convenience!  If I am making it for more than myself, I’ll use a regular blender and we will drink out of a regular coffee cup.



Coconut oil (about a tsp per serving of coffee

Pumpkin pie spice (I do one dash… I’m thinking about 1/8 tsp?)

Honey for sweetness…. modify this to your liking. Start small and you can always add more 😁

Vanilla extract (about 1/4 tsp)

Milk of your choice (the same amount you’d put in your cup of coffee).  I use almond milk, usually!
BLEND AND ENJOY! Top with a pinch of pumpkin spice to make the froth even prettier!
**all of the ingredients can be modified to increase or decrease the flavor and sweetness! Play around with it and see what you prefer.  Either way, it’s a great way to start the day!
