“BREAKFAST IS SERVED!” Cinnamon Roll Protein Shake!
Please excuse the foggy glass.. I couldn’t wait to try it and took the picture after 😁
I modified the original recipe a bit and included:
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1tsp local honey
1 cup almond milk
1tsp peanut butter (I used PB Fit powder)
1/2 cup water
1 banana(not in the original recipe, but I like the texture and nutrients a banana adds to breakfast smoothies)
Ice
BLEND AND ENJOY!

FROTHY COFFEE!!! The perfect pairing to my Cinnamon Roll Protein Shake!!!
Ingredients:
1 cup coffee
Dash of cinnamon
Local honey
Tsp of coconut oil
Dash of almond milk
BLEND AND INDULGE *all ingredients can be altered for your liking. If you don’t like sweet coffee, omit the honey. Honey, cinnamon, and coconut oil have amazing health benefits, so I always make sure to have some each day.

Protein powder and PB Fit powder are both from SAM’s Club. Honey is from local farm to help with seasonal allergies!
